Called to have a return mailing label printed. Was told they wouldn't print it until I arrived, so don't try to save a mm by time by sending it to be processed ahead of time. Got there, waited my turn, emailed the return label to their address and read told they couldn't print it. Showed them the email. Still couldn't print it. Didn't offer any assistance, she just sat there telling me she couldn't. No offer to help, just "no". As I left without further comment, she loudly called to my back, sarcastically, to have a MUCH BETTER AFTERNOON. Didn't expect such smart-assed behavior from a customer driven business. Obviously only still in business because there's no option in Kinston. An going to invest in a printer just so I can avoid going back.
