Ordered a shirt 2 weeks ago as a gift (for an event that has now passed) and it still hasn't shipped. I was told by an employee that it would definitely be shipping out right away and I wouldn't have to wait until the end of October to get it. I even offered to go to their headquarters to get it. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Terrible! reached out on 5-5-2019, didn't get a reply until 5-9-2019. I responded to that email within 10 minutes, didn't get a followup until 5-13-2019 4.37pm. Was then told that my shipment was on the way. I still havent received anything! Today is 5-22-2019! I even provided a prepaid overnight shipping label......

Worst organization in the area that puts on running events. They act like they don't care about the athletes, they just care about getting their money. Boycott.
