She is incredibly talented, and has done consistently stellar graphic design for me and my team at Tri-City Orthopaedic Clinic. I have never had a bad interaction with Mykaela, and she goes above and beyond to provider exemplary customer service at every turn. As a business owner I have an extremely high value on a marketing agency that is not just an agency but a true partner. That is what I feel about Cougar Digital Marketing!! It's been like having a world class marketing department even though I only have 15 employees. For our particular business ,our Google strategy is the most important part of our marketing and lead generation. I've been highly impressed with their Google strategy and execution. Since taking over our Google accounts we've seen click through and conversion rates go up and the price per click go down! I would recommend the team at Cougar without hesitation!!

I asked Cougar Digital to create a logo for my organization and make my handmade and very rinky-dink brochure and booklet look professional. They came through with flying colors. They gave me several options for a logo, listened carefully to my feedback and then sent me exactly what I wanted when I myself didn't know what it was I exactly wanted. Their team helped me narrow down the important information, put it in an order that made sense and then make it look fantastic. Everyone who has seen the finished product has been so impressed.Through the entire process, I found them to be easy to work with, easy to communicate with, speedy and responsive to emails and phone calls and patient when we came up against a deadline crunch (through no fault of their own). I would give Cougar Digital my highest recommendation.

I can't say enough good things about Cougar Digital. They have helped us with everything: logo design, building our new website, new business cards, online review management, setting up programs to generate online reviews and lots other computer things that I understand nothing about. That's one great thing about Cougar Digital, when I have a problem I can call or email and get an answer right away. If I don't understand something, they break it down so I can. This is a much different experience from the national media service we had before where we were lucky if we could even schedule a meeting with our regional rep.If cost is all that matters to you, then you too need to look into Cougar Digital. We now pay a fraction of what we paid before to the nation wide guys that never understood our business or our needs. Cougar Digital is local and they feel that way.Summing this up, working with Cougar Digital has been a great experience and I would highly recommend them to any business owner looking to get an edge in digital marketing.
