Ridiculous. They need to change the website if the policy has changed. Took time off from work to go to the tag agency to get my pike pass. They informed me I am unable to do so and must do it all online. RIDICULOUS. Horrible customer service when I called them prior to make sure I was able to pick up my pike pass which was verified in the call. Will continue to use this location until this is resolved due to their personal mistake then I will gladly drive to another location for future.
