I did not have a great experience. My interview process was possibly unique but I attributed about 10 hours to the entire process and had to eventually not pursue the opportunity because of the lack of information provided once questions were asked about training, length of project etc. They did not seem to care and you feel as though your a number. Please don't get me started on the emails they send of to their candidates. They are confusing and seem unprofessional. I should have never continued working with agency since my introduction to them but they sold the opportunity in a misleading way that was too good to pass up (later you figure out that the situation is chaotic and random - mainly based on their communication and presented expectations).

THEY SUCK .. PERIOD .. Jennifer is awesome tho, they don’t even notify you when your getting laid off they send it in the mail knowing you won’t recieve notice as soon as it’s mailed out and then they just take you out the system to where your clock in & out doesn’t work and they won’t say anything to you..

My check was incorrect, supervisor on A shift has a really nasty attitude. I will not be working for them again. Horrible horrible Experience. I talked to someone everyday before I left to make sure my time was coreect and they still managed to get my hours incorrect. I've heard many people say that before, but I wanted to try it on my own so that makes me wonder if they are doing it on purpose. They staffing agency and the tory burch warehouse have horrible people working for them.

Very shady temp agency. Serious lack of respect for its laborers. They’re only contracted to one company (Tory Burch) and they do not hire on. If you do decide to work for this agency, use it for what it’s worth and move on before they let you go unexpectedly.

This is by far the most unprofessional and unorganized staffing agency I’ve ever encountered in my life. I’m new here in Georgia and they make the whole county look bad with how unprofessional they are. I wish if 0 stars was an option

Applied for flexible part time position as advertised for Tory Burch about two months ago and still waiting. Not able to get anyone on phone or leave messages because mail box is full. Don't depend on this agency for jobs with flexible hours because you will be highly disappointed.

Only reason I’m giving a one star is cause I had to in order to comment. Where do I start 1. The older lady ms.gladis is a complete A-Hole and very unprofessional. She treats people like they’re beneath her cause she the boss! She does NOT know how to communicate and comes off VERY VERY RUDE! She sends out rude and emails and don’t know how to control her attitude. 2. The company as a whole is a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off! The staff sucks!! Gladis uses Erika as her do girl! They lie and say they called or emailed then get upset with you if you say anything This is the worst place I’ve ever worked for!

This was my first time dealing with a staffing agency and to be treated less of a person was not what i signed up for! They are very unprofessional and rude especially Gladys but if your lead by Rude unethically ppl such as Vp Bob DiMartino and Manager Michele Robinson what would you expect! They lie about situations and once you report the managers they all stick together and make it as if your the bad person. Erika constantly messes up ppl checks, I filed exempt turns out they never put my tax info in...I've also had days missing out of my check several times which is ridiculous if your Job title is payroll, seems like they throw names in a hat and pick random ppl for Job positions. The emails are very disrespectful you can read the ATTITUDE vividly and they all need to find new jobs maybe a warehouse where they dont have to deal with ppl because its very clear that they have no ppl skills. Jealousyis a bad trait so if i walk by and Gladys the manager looks me up and down to tell me "I think i look cute" thats not only unprofessional but jealousy! As you read the comments below Run Fast! This is not a professional staffing company at all and They are VERY SHADY!!
