I'm not sure if this agency is that great in job placement or if they dont prefer to hire Afro Americans.I submitted my application,and subjected myself to thier computer testing which I passed ,only to recive the run around over the course of a month or so. I wasted time I wish I could get backnot to mention transportation costs. I wouldn't recommend thier services to anyone although the secretary Ken is very pleasant man.

This place sucks. They pick and choose who they give a job too. I've called every week checking in and all I ever hear is "We're gonna check ur qualifications" even after receiving emails about jobs available. I have over 18 years of experience in factory work but yet they gave my daughter and her friend jobs with no previous experience at all in factories. I've called them every week for over a year with no job what so ever. I will definitely never recommend this place!!

Worst place to go to. I went there did all the paper work got called 2 days later. They sent me to a company in which is very rude I got to the interview 10 minutes early and was told by the manager I was going to pay for being 10 minutes early waited there for 45 minutes be for being seen by a regular employee finding out the company isint even that great.

Ive been in there more than 3 times to get help finding work and resume help, i keep getting shuffled away due to the lack of professionalism and work ethic they currently have in stock. What do you expect from a waterbury business??
