I am paying for internet speed of up to 30 mbps most of the time it runs at less than ten. Right now it tests at 3.9.

I used to love Cox now I have nothing but issues with the internet since I moved. Maybe the area I am in but neighbors have said that their issues have been fixed. Tech came out switched out our modem and we still had issues. Tried calling and they said a tech would call me within 15 mins and never got a call back. When I called Cox again they said it was a device issue as all signals are going to the modem. So the modem works but none of our devices connect or stay connected. We pay all this money for Cox and get lousy service.

Not as happy with COX as I once was. Try play games with their billing and lie. I was told we would have a set price for 2 years with specific channels bundled. 1 didnt get all the channels promises so had to add for 12 more dollars a month. 2 that bundle dropped after 6 months not 2 yrs. 3 after a year we lost 20 of our bundle discount instead of after 2yrs. then they tell me it happens in year two. VERY UNHAPPY!!!

Maria was great!!! She promptly helped me as she was very friendly and took her time with my millions of questions!! Lol she took her time and gave me all the information I needed and didn’t make me feel like a burden to her. She absolutely deserves a raise!! I will definitely be referring people!
