Feedback:
The shops are sometimes nice, and then sometimes not. As the other reviews say the work is tedious. I enjoy dining so this was fun. However, their staff that you need to communicate with seem to be unable to answer simple questions making the whole experieince very frustraighting and not worth it. I had a total of two questions one of which was a simple yes or no question. After an entire day of lengthy irrelevant emails to not even get an answer to the simple "should I still go question". The last email of the day literally resulted in asking me my own question! She managed to waste my entire day without even giving me a yes or no.
Feedback:
The pay for the assignments is low (to be expected). This can be fun if you really enjoy reviewing places and have alot of time on your hands to complete these assignments. The level of detail requested in the evaluations is overly tedious and time consuming, requiring repetitive explanations and poring over fine details. As a person who loves and appreciates things like fine dining and critiquing experiences, I unfortunately found it to be a waste of time. Even if a food/bar tab was compensated, the amount of time required to complete an assignment to a client's satisfaction was not worth it for me, especially when the assignment bounces back demanding another 50 questions to answer (on more than one occasion).

Nice.
Feedback:
Coyle offers great places to mystery shop if you enjoy upscale restaurants and hotels etc.The pay is mediocre. They pay monthly which is quicker than many other mystery shopping companies. However the reports are long and tedious. Coyle requires some of the most detailed reports in the industry. The pay doesn't always match the amount of effort required. Many shoppers tough it out in order to earn seniority and opportunities to complete their coveted hotel shops. I believe they also do the occasional cruise ship mystery shop.
