No employees for driver assistance, everything is virtual assistance, slow & supper difficult to register also takes them AN HOUR to process a storage payment when it is just an instant payment at every other rail yard! Avoid going there!!

Upgrade to their inflating system sucks, hard to navigate small keyboard hard to get into never any empty spots to drop trailer I am not sure who is running the yard operations but is poorly done

How could CP go from an example to a nightmare??? Who’s idea was to install absolutely horrible automatic in-out system??? This is the end of this rail yard. Overloaded, no space for trucks and not even talking about lifts... horrendous waiting times and no help and support for drivers, this is a third world place. I refuse to go there after multiple fiascos. Good luck drivers. Some of you will get old waiting there. Happy retirement in a paradise!
