I had an emergency rush job for Craft Trophy. I placed the order at 9:00 am Tuesday, the job was completed that evening and I picked it up Wednesday morning. It was only one plaque, but it was for a large awards ceremony that was being held Wednesday afternoon, so there was no "wiggle room." Craft Trophy really came through in a pinch for me. The staff was extremely friendly, they were honest and reasonable with the price, and the craftsmanship was great! I took in an expensive item to have engraved and I really appreciated that they handled it with care.

Extremely disappointed. I brought in champagne glasses for a wedding to be engraved and they were engraved incorrectly and had small engraved markings where there shouldn't have been any. They simply told me something must have happened with the machine but they didn't know what. Unfortunately my crystal champagne glasses are now ruined.

I can't tell you how impressed I have been with Craft Trophy Since the first time I waked in. I have experienced nothing but friendliness, quality work and customer service! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for any engraving or plastic needs! It's such a relief Not having to worry about the quality or outcome of the project!
