This is a terrible insurance agency. They will raise your rates 3 times in the first 2 months of your policy after telling you its a fixed rate. After cancellation they continued to withdraw money out of my bank account for 4 months after I filled out and brought in the cancellation confirmation paper that "Ted Crapo" owner of said business requested of me. When i discovered the withdrawls and over draft fees they told me they lost my cancellation papers and refused to reimburse me my $1'200 at first. Once threatened with law suit they suddenly found my paper work and sent me a reimbursement check 2 months later. This company is run by nothing but frauds and scammers i highly just to anyone to never attempt to get a policy at this company

By far the absolute worst insurer I have ever dealt with. Has taken roughly 1 year to provide a quote. I allowed another agency to also quote my business and this upset them enough to slander my business to others and hang up on a phone call with me. No way to treat a client crapo.... will be persuing this legally. Would not recommend this agency to my worst enemies.

I contacted Ted, I was probably a bit frantic due to the rushed circumstances in getting a homeowners policy. Not only did Ted and his team at Crapo Agency go above and beyond to get a policy and have it underwritten in as little as a week. WOW. Can take up to 45 days I’ve read. Thank you and I’m extremely proud to call you, Our Business, Home and Auto Agent.

We have our car and renter's insurance through this agency. They are really nice, helpful, and available. The owners even made themselves available to me when they were on vacation because of an emergency we had! Very affordable, and a refreshing experience after the NIGHTMARE we had with State Farm!
