Maritza Gutirrez a Cuban-American that was born in Cuba and arrived the United States as a small child, something all too common amongst the Cubans, due to their countrys political situation.

She excelled through her schooling in South Florida, with the same dynamic disposition that has taken her to the top of the ladder on her chosen career: the advertising and marketing industry. In 1983 she opened Creative Ideas Advertising, Inc.

a full service ad agency specializing in advertising & public relations. Maritzas extensive experience is in every aspect of the communication field.

She creates, produces and directs all forms of advertising campaigns, public relations and promotional strategies. She has mastered the art of management and creativity through a road that she has paved for herself in twenty-six years of practical experience.
