I have been associated with Ms. Lois since December of 2005 when my house burnt down and I was left with nothing but our lives. I have had to request her help off and on since then. She is an Angel to me. I only wish everyone could be as helpful not only the food, clothing and everything in between, but just the love that she gives to every person individually. Thank you so much Ms. Lois and her staff!!!!!

Lois don't help you most of the time especially black people unless you are one of her favorites although she acts holy, giving advice like she is a child of God, but when it comes to your light bill even if she says she will, she will NOT if God blesses you to pay a little more. She wants you to pay a portion first whatever yours is and mine was $334, then she will pay only $100 - $150 so she says, but shows favoritism between those requesting help. Some she just pay with no problem and some she give problems. If I could have paid that much on my own, I would not have requested any help from her or went there at all. My utilities were off at 6 months pregnant for a week and it was very hot and she called MLG&W to verify it and my $682 balance with a new bill on top of $441 over a thousand dollar utility bill. I had to pay $484 to get them back on, but still leaving me with a past due balance. I had no way of getting the money, but prayed continually. However, another place told MLG&W they would give them $500 after she wouldn't help me unless I paid $334 and they turned them back on with no money given to them yet. After they paid, I took the receipt up there to show it had been paid and called her to leave about 7 messages asking her was she going to pay and she would NOT return my call. I left message after message with the receptionist and answering machine and she could've at the least told me to my face she wasn't going to pay, but she dodged my calls which shows her guilt and knowing she was wrong. If God blesses you to pay one red cent over your amount I see she won't pay and is very impartial treating customers differently as she has those she likes. I sat up there for five hours and for what? I won't go there again wasting time. I only asked her to tell me why she didn't keep her end and regardless of her answer at least don't ignore customers.
