Ended up here after a situation.... my daughter and me was supposed to get into a consoler and they never got to see us. Come here with nothing and they have whole rooms of clothes but getting anything from them is like pulling teeth. Ask them for something out of the freezer and u get an attitude but their freezer broke and they ended up throwing a WHOLE FREEZER of food AWAY.... yes i am greatful for being able to stay here in my time of need but there are so many things here that need addressed. Maybe in time it will be i dont know but when you come here you are coming from one stressful enviroment to another for everybody (adults AND kids).... here we are supposed to be at least somewhat less stressful and trust me its not.
