Overall Feedback:

I was impressed with the service in the first instance however, after paying for the items I had ordered and despite 3 emails chasing I received no emails with delivery dates.Upon making a complaint I was passed to an account manager Richard who in fact is quite rude, childish and unprofessional.That being said however, the goods have arrived and are good quality, and good value for money, despite this, based on my experience, I personally wont be using the company again.
