The architecture of the building is original and nice, but it is a rather sad concrete gray. The interior of the building is however sumptuous. The staff is welcoming and smiling. The rooms are very nice and have balconies, it is nice. Separate toilet and bathroom. Shower and bath. Heating and air conditioning. Iron and ironing board, fridge, microwave, kettle and tea set, coffee, sugars, cupcakes and bottled water, to say that we are very good at the level of amenities. However I had the unpleasant surprise to find in my room several abnormalities: 1 drawers contained a plastic bag with many receipts, in the closet was a female tank top that did not belong to me and smelled of moisture, my sink was clogged, when I arrived my window was stuck because the curtain was caught in the groove, the pen and note pad on my bedside table were covered with what appeared to be moisturizer and finally, my name was poorly written, so that my TV and bill had a wrong name. It's a lot. These are not dramatic things but it's still a lot, especially for a 4 star. So I put only 3 because I think that the room after the passage of a customer for the next is something of paramount. Hygiene is very important to me and obviously it was not the case of the person who made my room. I guess it was an accident and I hope it does not reflect the actual level of the hotel. Il n'y a pas grand chose à proximité à part d'autres hôtels. L'architecture du bâtiment est originale et sympathique, mais il est d'un gris béton assez triste. L'intérieur du bâtiment est en revanche somptueux. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Les chambres sont très belles et disposent de balcons, c'est appréciable. Toilettes et salle de bain séparées. Douche et baignoire. Chauffage et climatisation. Fer et table à repasser, frigo, four à micro-ondes, bouilloire et set de thé, café, sucres, petits gâteaux et bouteilles d'eau, autant dire qu'on est très bien au niveau des commodités. Cependant j'ai eu la désagréable surprise de retrouver dans ma chambre plusieurs anormalités : 1 des tiroirs contenait un sac plastique avec beaucoup de tickets de caisse, dans le placard se trouvait un débardeur féminin qui ne m'appartenait pas et sentait l'humidité, mon évier était bouché, lors de mon arrivée ma fenêtre était coincée car le rideau était pris dans la rainure, le stylo et le bloc note sur ma table de chevet étaient recouvert de ce qui semblait être de la crème hydratante et enfin, mon nom était mal écrit, ce qui fait que ma TV et ma facture affichaient un nom erroné. Ca fait beaucoup. Ce ne sont pas des choses dramatiques mais ça fait quand même beaucoup, surtout pour un 4 étoiles. Je n'en mets donc que 3 car je pense que faire la chambre après le passage d'un client pour le suivant est quelque chose de primordial. L'hygiène est très importante pour moi et visiblement ce n'était pas le cas de la personne qui a fait ma chambre. J'imagine que c'était un accident et j'ose espérer que ça ne reflète pas le niveau réel de l'hôtel. J'ai quand même passé un agréable séjour dans l'ensemble.
