Client Review on American Automobile Association

Feedback:

Very nice new building. Super fancy. I used to be able to roll into the old one and present my card and have an extremely nice and helpful person aid me in gathering maps and literature for my trip. This time i was greeted at the door, which was nice, then directed to an individual at a computer who would help me. I had my 3 year old with me and maybe i was expecting more but it was like pulling teeth to get a travel book or map.... the individual seemed reluctant to give me the books and map and instead of having them nearby they had to take a trip to a back storage area to find what i needed, which was a map of the southeast, and travel books on Virginia, South Carolina and Georgia. Then i realized my sister had also mentioned visiting DC. By then i felt awkward about asking for anything more. Im sure they have a booklet or a map but it didn't seem like they were willing to leave their chair and directed me to use the AAA website for info. I left. Maybe I'll see if a different location has the DC info, but unless im booking a trip or a cruise, I dont know if they will be very enthusiastic about getting me more books/maps.
