Poor recruitment process, took nearly 3 weeks to receive an answer although the interviewer kept emphasising that they were planning to start shortlisting the following day... I followed up with calls/emails and still had no clear answer. Surely out of decency to those who have travelled and taken the time out of their day to attend as well as having researched for an interview warrant a two minute phone call ?
