Extremely unpleasant. They refuse to give out information on a basic water test because I said about buying a treatment system from a craigslist user, instead of brand new (2,000$) from them. Theyre automatons, and not real human beings. Unless you have something they want, they wont help you. no one takes the time to return your calls, unless you owe them $ or if they have $ coming, they will put you last in priorities. ok but check it out what type of morons turn potential customers down for simple doesnt-take-no-time-or-effort information? GO TO MARTIN WATER instead they have their heads on straight and arent like a bunch of stuck up $ hungry robots. Martin will treat you like a person and not like a number in line. FK YEW CULIGAN

I have over 35 years of maintenance management experience and I expect quality craftsmanship and customer service.I had a recent installation performed by the Culligan Stoner Quality Water Team. The first step was to get a water analysis performed. I met with Lance Salley/General Manager at our home and he explained all the necessary options of water treatment that I would need. Lance is very knowledgeable about the water business and the equipment needed for our application. Our carbon and water softener tank system was installed by Randy Kelly who is a craftsman by trade and also very knowledgeable about the water systems. I have known Randy for many years and he did some work in previous locations in which I was very impressed with.To make a long story short I have dealt with many people over the years and the art of craftsmanship and customer service is definitely performed at Stoner Quality Water, Inc. My experience with Lance and Randy are pretty rare these days. It's really nice to get a quality job and customer service all at the same time. I rated this 5 stars because many years ago a quality job and customer service was mandatory. It is still mandatory at Stoner Quality Water, Inc.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I called for info, I was told in a very abrubt tone that they were too busy to talk to me and to come in if I wanted information. When I did, they were still too busy--busy gossiping to each other and making rude comments about another coworker. After a few minutes, an extremely rude woman named "Amy" told me she'd be with me in a minute--then turned around and continued to gossip with coworkers. I don't think they even noticed when I left. I cannot attest as to the actual quality of their service or product but would rather give my money to a company who actually appreciates it. Highly unprofessional.
