I had to choose a star to proceed. This organization should cease to exist. My mother got a 3-hour wake because the eldest sister had my mother sign papers she didn’t understsnd. The curateur took months to open the file and a couple of days to close it. Reason given? Family squabble. I think when a case is complicated, they cannot handle it. They do not have the capacity. We had a social worker and doctor express there were anamolies. Nothing happened. They did not even interview the whole family. The curateur decided to speak to ine perdon only to save time from repeating to any other member. Really? Why not have a meeting with all members. Think of that? Well, thanks to their indifference, my mother was disrespected, abused financially, emotionally, psychologically among others. There was suppose to be a court date Feb 2019. My mother passed away Dec 2018. Sister did not give copies of will(which she surely changed). She is off spending it rather than continuing a legacy our parents left all of us. The only way the curator can rectify this, is to have that psychopathic sibling render accounts. I cannot wait to move to a place where the justice system may not be perfect but at least you will fond some intelligent people who are able to decipher properly. Shame on you curateur.
