Feedback:

I dropped an item off on a Saturday and paid extra for rush order, I was very clear in what I wanted and if it couldn't be done the way I wanted to call me. It was supposed to be ready for pickup by the end of day on that coming tue. Well I get no phone call so I call them on Tue and they have no idea what I'm talking about. They finally go find it and call me back well someone put it in the wrong box or place or something and it didn't get done yet. So they tell me they will have it done before they close at 6 but if there are anymore problems they will call. I live 45 mins away I am almost there at 545 when they try to call to say there was a emergency and the lady had to leave, so my order wasn't done but they would get it first thing in the morning. So next day I finally get a call around 11 its ready. I did get my item and the quality of work was great, my problem was mainly the girl up front she had a oh well attitude about screwing up the order instead of just owning it and saying she made a mistake. Then there was stuff I had paid for they couldn't do so she told me tue that she would refund it when I picked it up the next day. So I go to pick it up and she's like ok here it is and hands it to me and starts to go to another customer. I had to ask for my refund!! I mean really I was just there yesterday how do you forget something like that! I appreciate the work and quality but due to the lack of customer service at the front not sure if I will go back.
