Horrible employer, regardless of the fact you’re on phone 4 or 8 hours. Several issues, they do not accurately do your payroll. They say that breaks are “paid” but they doc your pay if use the bathroom excessively. Not to mention you’ll be on a call and you’ll have someone listening to it and if you say the wrong thing they’ll immediately pull you off the phone instead of IMing or emailing. Most call centers have a way communicating with employees effectively do not it well. You’re bombarded with texts and emails for available hours or rules that are fluctuating on a weekly basis. You cannot read, write, or even surf the web while dialing. This was a fun environment until they instilled several rules. I wouldnt be surprised if the turnover rate increases. I had to quit because the atmosphere was high strung and write ups and being sent home was a major problem. Too many supervisors do not follow their own rules with just dress code.

worst job I’ve ever had. multiple panic attacks per day. you only get commission if you complete a certain number of surveys per day (which is super hard to achieve). It’s pretty much a hire and fire job. they go through employees quickly because they fire them so often. don’t work here if you want to keep your sanity

This job is very very lenient. But the supervisors get after you because you're being too lenient?The pay is reasonable. The whole $376 i got every monday would pay my light and water so i wasn't complaining at the time. Although if you have a problem with something in the call center, depending on the situation.. They literally carry that situation into their hands. They dont follow the rules on the handbook they do things they're own way. Most of the supervisors bring their problems to work and alot of the employees wouldn't speak up about how the supervisors would treat them, only because "it will cost them their job" A SUPERVISOR EVEN TOLD ME THAT THEY SEE THEY WAY REBECCA AND SARA TREAT OTHERS. A SUPERVISOR HAHA. why that person doesn't speak up? Once again i dont know.. as for me i spoke up and had a confrontation with 2 of the most immature people I've ever met. The 2 supervisors named sara and rebecca all they would do is gossip about everyone and anyone, they had no respect for they're place in life. I would know i sat by their desk most of the time. I was also told by some employees they would hear them talking rudely about me and others.. I let it go because rude words don't shake me. But mistreating does. . So i got in a confrontation with them and was told i had many write ups? But was NEVER! Confronted about these so called "so many write ups"...so i was sent home by a supervisor and wasnt even called about what happened. the bosses failed to do their jobs by the books. They didn't even wanna hear my side of the story.. They just jumped to conclusions. And i was fired by a voicemail haha. If that job was important to me i would've broughten* this to corporates attention! But what can i say? Lousy job by lousy people. Good luck guyz. ✌

The job is amazing I love working there. The QAs are so sweet and nice. Sarah,Elijah, and Vanessa are the best supervisors. The other supervisors I would give them 1 stars.... Great work place
