I sent in my cutting board and knife all the way from Kelso Washington on May 13th 2019 at 2:55 p.m. glowing beheld I received my new products today, May 21st 2019!?? that was great and fast customer service from New York. Thank you guys for such a good job I'm getting my favorite knife back to me very fast! by the way folks, I purchased my knife at the Cowlitz County Fair several years ago and that's the only knife I use for everything! Wish I could buy a lot more product but one of these days I plan to do such. Thanks again excellent customer service!
