Entered into a contract for them to build my company a web site in April of 2015. It contained a completion time of 16 weeks. Paid them $6,600 on April 1st 2015 and $6,600 in June 2015 for a total of $13,200. In March of 2016 I hired legal counsel and began to take legal action since we still had no results. Almost immediately after my attorney wrote them a letter for breach of contract we received several emails blaming our firm for all the delays. Finally the owner Jason Howard assured me that the site would and could be done in six weeks so on March 31st 2016 I entered into another agreement with them to complete my web site in six weeks on May 9th 2016. As of today June 8, 2016 we are still waiting on a finished product. *The parties have resolved their dispute and no one was held liable*
