After driver was sent from a different warehouse to deliver the freight, it took over 6 hours to unload the truck. I don’t know if it was a broker error where the driver was sent initially. I guess this receiver only receives in the evening so the 6 hour unload might not be the norm but my driver wasn’t compensated for a stop off or layover due to a broker data entry error. Now the CH Robinson broker tells me my driver can’t leave a bad review or he won’t be compensated, what a joke, poor business model from the top down.
