I recently worked with Ryan Dalzell and Kevin Dalzell and the entire team on a sale and purchase both at The Crosby in Rancho Santa Fe. They literally did the impossible by:- Selling my home at an amazing price and profit for me, at the target price.- Negotiating and buying a home at a ridiculous deal, at the dreamed of price. - The deal on both sides involved layers of contingencies. - And doing this all within a couple months before the holidays, both the sale and purchase closed on the same day! Plus we happened to coincide the loan at the lowest rate in years.The only way we did this I believe is because I didn't just get the one realtor I hired. I got the entire team.
