Chad Harrison helped me out a lot! As a recent college graduate and newcomer to Wisconsin, I needed a new car and insurance. He helped me out the day of in a time crunch, of being at the dealership already, and made me feel like I was taken care of. He sent me the information quickly and gave me a few days to read through the information myself before calling me to make sure I understood it all after the craziness of the dealership died down. I felt heard and like I wasn't taken advantage of (which is great as a single person in a new area and recent grad!).
