Adam, our rep, was so friendly and helpful. He was diligent in helping us with any questions we had. Day or night he was available. The house was everything we wanted and more. He helped us find the perfect spot to make memories this fall break! Look forward to coming back each year to make more.

Top shelf experience for our family vacation from day one. The house was amazing with access to both the Mississippi sound by boardwalk out back and beach across street or a short bike ride to the west end beach. Pristine. Clean and adequately stocked. Management made it easy to book and plan for our week at the beach. Thank you Adam and Nancy!

The rentals that say pet friendly they don't tell you it is $100.00 per dog unless you call and ask or when you get there. Very bad for returning customer

We absolutely loved this rental. Beautiful home that has been recently updated and remodeled. The private pool is perfect for kids and adults! Our family would definitely consider staying again. Rental company was there in less than five minutes when we had a minor problem checking in, which was our fault. You won't regret renting this lovely home!

Love it!!!, We stayed at Sunspot last year and thoroughly enjoyed it, was able to sit under the house which was awesome because you needed no umbrellas or canopy's. Well this year we drove up and were very surprised to see the water way up under the house. of course never seeing this before we were like wow this is awesome, you cant get any closer than this lol, but then the water was extremely rough so were wondering what we were going to do. Luckily even though you pay a lot to swim at your house, you have the option of the public beach (4) houses down which on bay side was AMAZING!!!. Upon our third day, water was so rough it broke the water line. Unfortunately at 6:00 in the morning I had to call Terry and let her know. She was very attentive to our needs. She tried to get a plumber out there and we were worried we may have to pack up and leave. Well we decided to make that our shopping and adventure day, we came back to find Terry and her husband repairing the water line!! Folks we have gone on a lot of vacations and never experienced this, they were both amazing. They repaired it and we were up and running again. can't say enough about the customer service at DIBR. We thought this was going to be a dud of a vacation bc of the situations that we incurred. It actually turned out to be one of our BEST!! The last three days the water was absolutely wonderful. My son, husband and granddaughter fished out the deck and caught quite a few nice fish. Sunspot always meets all our needs. Highly recommend DIBR and Sunspot. * The Ritcheys 2019 *

I rented 102 The Strand April 21-28, 2019. This place is a dump! I find it unbelievable that they charge $550 per night for this place! Yes, the beachfront location is great, but the house is extremely worn. Every single morning we woke to cockroaches!! Even after I complained and they came out to spray they were still present. We saw them crawl up walls, and while sitting on the couch one crawled on my brother. This is unacceptable in my view. When we arrived the following were broken - blender, fan, mixer, pool table, refrigerator shelves. The very limited towels were disgusting! I called the manger and she sent someone out to replace these items. They also brought new towels. The mattresses in the game room all had urine stains. The jets on in the pool are not functioning except for one. The house should have all these items working before guest arrive. The health department should be called concerning the cockroaches. Very disappointing to say the least. We were given a 20% price credit, but still... stay somewhere else! If you can still cancel your reservation, I would. I’ve stayed at another properties on the island and none were in this condition.
