Feedback:
I tried to go to this guy so I could avoid the MVA. He was short with me and the person I came in with. He seemed so cynical about people and life. While I understand that life can get a person down, he was just plain rude. And he costs DOUBLE what the MVA charges for tags and title. Despite being a good spot to go to to avoid waiting at the MVA, I'm thinking this guy could use a long vacation, or retirement.
