From the moment I started with this particular office, I was not comfortable. And regretted doing business with that particular office. It was as if Anna was the one who was the big boss. The agent never even said hello to anyone. Anna approaches her job as a sales person would.She told me at one time I could not take my Camry to the Toyota dealer. To take it to one of two independent body shops. The body shop charged me for the repairs to my car.She took her time transferring my policies over to a different agency.
