DCI better adapt or they will be obsolete!!!!(UPDATE: CenturyLink is offering $45 for 25MBps and I'm paying $69 for 25MBps from DCI right now.... Yeah time to switch I hope this helps!!)Very nice professional employees work here but the product they sell is just too inconsistent and extremely overpriced for what they charge. Not to mention a $10 late payment fee. If something else better comes along or if century link gets better in the near future I will switch to that company, you're better off with Century-link if you Don't Stream 4k videos. (Update: Ever since I moved closer to the DCI building the internet has been better more consistent however, extremely overpriced.)

Im paying $70 a month for 25mbps. For the last week I've been getting less than a tenth on that. I'm currently getting 290kbps. I'm not paying for this excuse for "service". It took 45 seconds to load the Google homepage. When it works, it's fine. But I've had no internet for 6 hours now, and this is happening every other, if not everyday. If you're looking for reliability, stay away. Unfortunately Century Link doesnt service many places here with speeds over 10mbps, so you're stuck with these guys. It's tough as a small company without the bank account of a larger business to do the work that's needed to fix the issues. I've been with these guys for 3 years, it's always been rough but it seems to have gotten worse over the last 6 to 8 months.

Find some friends and invest in a VPN! Davis will throttle your speeds you're paying for after their hours of operation. If you're feeling like you're stuck around 10mb/s when you're paying for 25mb/s (or higher), do two speed tests: one without the VPN and vice versa. Then if you're seeing that you're stuck around a certain speed significantly lower without the VPN than with one - you're being throttled. Meaning you're paying for higher speeds they are not directly supplying to you. There are plenty of free-trial Virtual Private Networks that you can use if you want to test this out! Kudos to Davis Communication Incorporated. They've cornered the market on high-speed internet in Cheney. They will be reaping stupid-high profits on desperate college kids for a long time. I feel especially bad for the locals. It's a criminal base rate for their lowest priced speed so you're only getting decent value for highest speeds.

Your service consistantly cuts off half an hour after your office closes for the night, making it seem like you turn the server off when you lock up. You're probably not that stupid, but whatever you're doing it has the same effect. Don't try to tell me you're "upgrading." You've been doing that for weeks and unless you're an idiot who has no idea what you're doing and didn't bother testing anything to see how it works or (like in an old comic) you "installed new hardware all by yourself" (bullet through computer) you should be done by now.

Look. The long and short of this is that this ISP is garbage. The speeds you get for the money are too expensive and the outages are very regular. The people you have to interact with are nice but they are frustrated too. My wife works from home and relies on this. The sad thing is that all providers in Cheney suck. Sorry people, this probably isn't the answer you want.
