Dawson public power needs to improve their phone system sucks.they need to take care of their customers before running to help other companies. They never keep customers informed.

Guaranteed power outages. Storm barely gets started and we're out of power. Every year you can count on it being down.Need to have back up plans out here. Wood stove, generator, candles etc., Seems phones are busy and you can't tell them your out of power. Not a happy customer can barely pay my bill there with increases all the time but my pay stays stable. Just needed to vent as it is my day off and I can't enjoy it.
