We have used them for the last few years, mainly because we usually find ourselves in a pinch needing shirts screen printed, and didn't have time to look for someone else. In the five years we've used them, they have never failed to add drama to getting the order done correctly, in a timely manner, without any confusion. Our logo is simply a lettered name on the left breast, so it's not complicated. They offer a catalog of shirts to purchase from, and when I order a tall shirt, they tell me it's no problem, but I have never get the tall size, and have to go back and get a refund, where I'm told they cannot get them. This year, we supplied our own shirts to speed the process. They quoted 1.50 per shirt screen printing, but wouldn't honor the quote when the order was made. All of the shirts that had pockets, had the logo placed on the right breast. This was the last order we will make from D & D. I would not refer anyone to them. Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike the folks there. They are very nice and really come across as competent people. But some where within that shop lurks incompetence, and has for the time we've mistakenly used them.
