We are getting rid of dealerfire for several problems but mainly they can't setup a webpage properly the secure pages are not encrypted in any way. so beware of privacy and security. They promise big and deliver little buyer beware

Terrible customer service, our company tried to switch to dealerfire, technical difficulties weren't resolved, no returned phone calls. This company would cost us more money to stay with them than to switch back to our old provider. Would Strongly encourage to stay away! Terrible company!

Website looks ok, Support was very poor, found out if you are dissatisfied with the final product to bad, your paying for the WHOLE YEAR! Never did get the you tube integration fixed, We were told it was fixed 2x, The money it will cost to get away from this company will be cheaper than keeping

absolutely the worst website provider I have ever worked with. The website backend will not let you change your prices on the fly if you see a mistake. It pretty much will not let you change most of your website easily or timely. The support is horrible if you ever open a case you will be lucky to ever hear back from them if they fix it or not. Half of the time when you open a ticket if you call back in a few days they have no record of it. They do not take responsibility for anything that happens on your website even if it is something the dealer has no control over. THey sent our credit apps to other dealers and we have to get them to correct something that changed overnight at leaset once a week. This company is probably the worst decision we made as far as our internet presence.
