Sorry I cannot give a ZERO star this agency is a joke! Poor customer service and I'm 60yrs old so had many insurance company experiances. I would never recomend this guy to anyone! He is so arrogant and very condescending. You have been warned!

Stay away from state farm , there a bait and switch company , we bought a policy over the phone , and went in to sign and the lady was rude saying I'm glad you guys came in the amount you paid 502.00 for a month is going to be much higher now after taking our money , so we said give us back our money and we will just stay with progressive , they don't do this to people , and she said OK , I'll refund your money. Asap , and it took 2 days before she even requested a refund , and now saying we will mail a check in 10 days, stay away from state farm , you were warned so this doesn't happen to other people ,nobody should have this done to them , it is so wrong to mislead your customers to get money , then Jack them up at signing!

Ask for Karen Ollerenshaw if you want an easy, stress free experience! At my age I probably should understand more about insurance stuff, but i don't, so thankfully Karen made my experience very easy! She is wonderful and always extremely pleasant!!!
