Terrible. Been waiting on a repair to my the broken line to our house for a week now. We were told somebody came out and took care of it without telling and another technician is scheduled to come and finish the install. Turns out nobody ever even put in the order for repair and we are now at the beginning of a 14 day wait list for the line to be fixed. They had no notes about the service we required in the first place. Completely pathetic.

Disorganized, apathetic, website contact info doesn't work and even phone number on Facebook profile is wrong. Don't try calling voice mail...you will get cut off..

Pretty disorganized group. Seem to represent Comcast but do a lot of finger pointing back and forth, with no one owning up to anything.

They have been scheduled by comcast to bury my cable line for weeks, and each time they don't respond. I have been on hold by customer service for over an hour.
