We don't like leaving bad reviews but feel obliged considering the circumstances.We met Sean and he promised us videos, photos and loads of media coverage as well as handling the social media posts. He dropped some big names he worked with and we felt he could help us grow the brand.It couldnt be further from the truth. Sean comes across as a likeable guy but it became apparant he has all the latest gadgets but no skills to use them. Degu seem to use interns so there is a high turnover of staff which when we were told he was taking over our account personally we felt bouyed. Sadly he did aboslutely nothing and had to be chased several times in the lead up to an event to post on social media.We used him for two of our events and had to terminate the agreement before our final event due to damage he was causing by not actually doinig what we paid him to do.All the press releases where a rehash of the previous years event yet he claims to be a "journalist". We have been asking for nearly a month for all the videos and photos from our events that we have paid for to be given excuse after excuse. It seems that unless you are opening a Coyote Ugly bar Sean has no time to help you but will gladly promise the same service and fail to deliver the results.It may well have been a great PR company in the past but its certainly well below the promised standard we paid for.
