I spoke to Justin for the first time just over a year and a half ago. I was a year into my startup and needed to make a change.So we set up a time to chat. Honestly, what really took me aback was how normal the conversation was. Justin didn’t slam my current website or pump his own tires about how he could do it the best. He didn’t give bland answers to my technical questions, now did he use them as an opportunity to pitch himself. In fact, he probably listened for more than half the time of our call. He offered thoughtful insight and perspective. He gave me implementable examples of some of the points he was describing. He was beyond what I thought I could invest at the time.I have stayed in touch with Justin since, albeit somewhat sporadically but casually nonetheless. He is busy. He’s good at what what he does. But he’s never out of the loop. He reached out to me when he caught wind (on a different forum) that I was burnt out and hating dentistry. He didn’t jump in with a sales pitch. Instead he went out of his way to listen and speak to a few solid contacts for advice on my behalf. He will have your best interest in mind, and he will have your back. There’s an old adage that goes, “ the way you do anything is the way you do everything.” .. and it usually holds true. Justin’s going to treat you great.
