Being in the luxury clothing business, we have high expectations for our vendors as our clients have with us. Mr. Nigro was fantastic to work with and I'd highly recommend DPP. They were very attentive on what we were trying to accomplish with the shopping bags for our store and they turned out perfectly and reflect our high brand standard.They were prompt in sending out samples and we received our finished bags when promised.We have also since ordered two types of pens (plastic and metal) to help with our brand awareness which have been well received by our clientele.

The customer service and products are absolutely top notch! Friendly, efficient and creative, Matt was able to assess my needs and make suggestions that were always perfect for each event. From simple items like pens, note pads and t-shirts to specialty items like playing cards and poker chips for a casino night, everything was always delivered on time and my clients were always delighted. My job requires me to be attentive to every single detail of an event and to be able to trust a company 100% with something as important as our promotional products is an absolute time saver.
