Feedback:

You should pay for what you use. They charge 8 bucks a month even when you don't use any gas. I mean zero used. Just being connected and able to use gas. I'm able to use water and power toobut there's no connection fee for those. You pay for what you use...It's wrong

I have been trying to get through to DPU all day! They will NOT answer the phone. I'm put on hold every time!! Left a voicemail at 10am this morning, it is currently almost 5pm and still NOTHING!! I've tried multiple times. HORRIBLE customer service!!

The worst company ever! The manager and the employee try to cheat me out of 100 dollars then they lied to cover it up. They try to put the 100 dollars towards a bill that wasn't yet out. After being talk to like I was lying about it, they refuse to apologize. The employee did have my money and she found it when I ask to see cameras. My bill has been increasing due to this incident. They don't deserve a star

I've had more power outages with this company then i've had in a lifetime with others. Surpise surprise going through another one now that's lasted an hour now. It's getting VERY annoying. Also an update from when I first posted my review, every month i've had them for almost a year now the electric bill has been at 130 or less then suddenly and for no reason or change to how much we use it it jumped to 180 a month and now i'm currently going through another one of their very frequent power outages. Keep in mind my air conditioner is out and isn't working properly and wont be looked at until monday so on top of it already been hot as hell in here during the day the only time it's tolerable is at night but now thanks to them it's hot in here again and I can't even sleep. Once again this power outage has lasted an hour. This is just getting ridiculous.

Worst utility company ever. Utility bills triple and not one explanation as to why this happened. It's ridiculous how they are ripping us off.
