Feedback:

The customer service at this VA is some of the worst I've ever seen. It has also taken me four trips to this clinic to get a refill for a routine medication. They wrote a script but never submitted it to the pharmacy.

Feedback:

Worst VA medical facility ever!! My father is a 100% service connected disabled Vietnam vet and has lost 40 lbs over the course of 6 months due to a mysterious problem that we have yet to find. Meanwhile his VA primary care doctor is on vacation for a month and a half

Feedback:

This is a very small clinic. With only 2 kiosks to check in and review appointments, one was not working (needed to do this since old phone with schedule broke). Pensacola is a larger clinic with more services available.

Feedback:

My Mom and Dad both received excellent care at this clinic. I am forever grateful for Dr. Silva keeping my Dad going for many years longer than he would have without his down to earth, straight to the point health advice and care. When Dad did pass, they have a grief counseling and help with affairs office that was a great help for me too! Salute to you guys!

Feedback:

One of the worst clincs ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Tried calling over the course of 3 weeks and not a single person answered out of the 50+ times ive called. Went inside, and the place looked like a ghost town. Can we seriously get some funding to help this place out.

Feedback:

This is literally one of the worst VA clinics I’ve been to. I have been “scheduled” for multiple appointments, shown up, and told there was no appointment for me and that I’d have to wait. I have lived here 6 months and have been out of my depression/anxiety meds for a few MONTHS and they have yet to actually see me for an appointment. If you can, avoid this VA.

Feedback:

VA Broken beyond repair! For 2 months my husband has told them his shoulder is hurt after a fall and they said no just arthritis.Been 4 visits to get some relief and answers to be flobed off...They said they don't give pain meds due to abuse by some ignorant druggies!! So now he no longer can use his arm. It's numb and frozen 2months, today we finally get a consult to civilian Dr through Choice...they said the civilian Dr can give you pain meds!!! Why?? Why are we letting non Drug addict Vets suffer because some idiots abused the pain drugs in past?? No, this isn't acceptable! I'm going to Trumps new Vet Hotline even if it's too late for us, I hope to help another Vet get proper care in future!!

Feedback:

Place has a great vibe (good ju-ju!!!) Friendly clerks, well informed Doctors. Nothing like Pcola out-patient clinic has very rough crew here.

Feedback:

This is a very loving and caring place. The clerks recognize me by name when I go here. I am always seen on time although must times I am seen before my schedule time. Dr. Kittle explains every thing in detail. The pack 4 team is awesome.

Feedback:

I have always had exceptional care at this clinic. Prompt and low wait times.
