The staff here are absolutely terrible, they do not care about the customers that walk in the door and are perfectly okay with letting some one walk away with 4 other policies. they dropped the insurance on my truck and dint even have the decency to tell me. i've been driving around under the impression that i had insurance and i havent. turns out state farm is a terrible neighbor and they are not there when you need them... back to usaa
