As Design365 Solutions have supported us with our website for a number of years, it was only natural that we contacted them to discuss new and innovative ways to update our website to meet our needs and that of our customers. JT and Elsie were extremely helpful in looking at the different options available to us. They were very quick to assist us with any questions or problems we had, and Elsie especially worked hard to ensure the launch of our new website was done quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the service we received and look forward to working with Design 365 Solutions again in the future.

We approached Design365 in January 2017 to develop and design our Magento E-commerce website as the previous one was not close to where we wanted it to be. Alan and the team have been fantastic in helping us to understand the best way to present our products to selling online. Their processes, they are very open in terms of the work that is being carried out. Furthermore in May 2017 the company begins its monthly SEO and 6 months later it is working great! Our site has seen a consistent rise in the number of visitors and enquiries since Design365 began work and we are very happy and extremely pleased with the progress we have been makingWe wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. The team I have worked with at Design 365, Alan, Katie & Elsie have been fantastic throughout the process, from the initial logo design right through to the website going live. I wasn’t sure what to expect having never looked at creating a website before and the team have taken my very vague initial ideas and come up with a truly fantastic design that completely encapsulates my brand and vision for the company. They were there at all the differing touch points to ensure I was happy with the design and their complete honesty throughout the design process was truly appreciated. All Town and Parish Councils are required to have a website through which the public can access a diverse range of Council information including policies, finances and meetings. Design365 built Winston Parish Council's website to the specification provided and continue to work with the Council to keep the site updated and ensure it complies with all necessary requirements. The service they provide has been first class.
