In a day and age where big insurance companies don't know their clients personally, it's a refreshing change to do business with an insurance company that knows who you are when you call. I've been a customer of Steve Levine's for about 6 years now. He's always quick to respond to questions and with help when I need it. And he calls to sing happy birthday every year! They're conveniently located in downtown Ashland.

Steve Levine is my personal insurance agent and it's awesome to have someone so dedicated and caring to take care of all of my insurance needs. Hopefully you never need to make a claim but I had to once and it was comforting to have Steve to walk me through the process. Their rates are great and their service is second to none.
