I've worked with DeType, Sam and his team since 2011, first when I was responsible for marketing when I worked for one of DeType's customers and more recently, I've hired DeType to work on numerous projects for my own businesses and the clients I work with. Although I am a bit of a geek myself and can throw a website together, I don’t really know what makes a good website. These guys do.They get what makes something eye catching, what makes the calls to action compelling, what images work best and what words work well. With their design background, technical know-how and years of experience, they have a powerful combination of skills that are perfect for what I needed. They upgraded the look and feel, spruced up my calls to action, improved the navigation and gave me a whole bunch of free advice and suggestions about the photos and words. It’s now a lot easier for people to navigate and far more likely that they will take action. The website now gets lots of positive comments from people who visit and it has the look, feel and content of a website that has been around for several years. On top of that, they’re great to work with – they’re knowledgeable, they listen well but contribute their views and ideas, they’re supportive, enthusiastic and trustworthy. They give me confidence that they’ll deliver a great product and a great service. Top notch.
