Absolutely terrible mailing service. Package was here for 11 days, then took 8 days to get to my post office, which is only 5 hours away. I got a package from Europe in only 5 days before and it want even an express shipment

Every month this carrier delivers my bark box subscription. It's usually 2 weeks late but it's not a big deal since I don't need it immediately. After I saw my Christmas presents land at this location I became very nervous. I was right to be nervous! My package made it from China to Kentucky in 10 days but has been sitting in Kentucky for 7 days! I hope my grandma and mom like the picture of their present on Christmas morning. This delivery service is a joke. I have emailed bark box twice recommending they switch providers.

I'd give them a 0 star if I could. I ordered a present for someone weeks before their birthday and guess what package says "delivered" but it wasn't so either they lost it or just tossed it. I have waited over so long on one item... one small item and won't see anything for it. Now, no present for the person I was going to travel states away for.
