As the Senior Director of Marketing for Marriott International in the Caribbean & Latin America region, I have worked with Diamond PR from a property/resort level as well as an entire area resort cluster level for over the past 8 years. To add context, I have also worked with many other well known PR Agencies from NYC as well in comparison. The team at Diamond PR has always gone above and beyond for our resorts. Not only are they the masters of PR...but they actually understand and have learned the hotel industry. This gives us a huge benefit in them being able to comprehend the revenue KPIs and come up with a PR plan that actually supports our individual resorts or cluster's objectives. As a data focused individual, they are able to showcase their efforts clearly to my team and hotels with reporting that captures the benefit of the efforts. In addition, I view Diamond PR as being not your traditional PR agency, rather a team that thinks out of the box to engage media. I also have not ever worked with another PR agency that literally gives 199% for their clients. They are undoubtedly some of the most hard working in the industry, and always ready with a plan of action for any challenges we encounter.

The team at Diamond Public Relations is fantastic. I've traveled with them on many press trips and they are professional, organized and keep trips running smoothly - not an easy job. Plus, every member of their team has been fun to travel with! After a trip they are responsive and helpful when I have any follow-up questions. They often bring a client to Atlanta and organize a media lunch and it's always a delight to see any members of their team and learn about another of their tourism clients.
