Referred a lot of people and have nothing but possitive feedback

One star is more than generous . I Would NEVER recommend using this insurance broker . I filed a claim on March 19th and have never received any calls from the adjusters or any insurance agent and to this day have NO idea whats going on with my car Ive been given so many numbers for supervisors, ALL go to voicemails which are full . Ive reached out to the ladies at Dicar multiples times to have them reach out to the insurance themselves . They have not been able to assist me at all . They claimed they would have the owner Darlene call me , that never happened . Ive been calling Dicar again to check back in and i can hear my call connect and them hang up . This is the WORST customer service on both ends and as soon as this claim is completed i will cancel the policy with Dicar for good . DO NOT BUY INSURANCE with Dicar !

I get United Alliance insurance through Dicar. We have two cars with full coverage. They added a multi-car discount as well as good drivers discount.
