I run a marketing agency myself and through an indirect path found myself and my team engaging with Adam, the DigiSphere leader. We were engaging with each other because of the illegitimate actions of another individual outside of our control. However, Adam handled himself with professionalism, integrity, and strength. In marketing, integrity, honesty, and authenticity are of the utmost importance. Marketing agencies like Digisphere need to be able to trust the character of the leaders at the top of an organization such as marketing that will be handling projects with ambiguous timelines and sensitive company data. I can say through my interactions with Adam in an indirect way, I personally would trust that he would go to bat for my company, or others, and handle things in a fair, honest and right way.
