I could tell they had experience with other non-profits; before we had even decided to sign the contract they had a plan of action. The proposal was professionally written and certainly more than we were expecting; the pricing was fair. They even threw in some marketing options, which we ended up deciding to go ahead and do._x000D_
What would you change about the experience?
I don't have a single bad thing to say about DMA. They've helped us a lot in the past year, and we look forward to seeing what we can accomplish in 2018 with their help._x000D_
I can't say enough about the website that DMA designed for us. Our website was the one website you stumbled upon randomly that reminded you of the 90s. It was old, clunky, and it really didn't inspire confidence in the work we do at our non-profit. We enlisted the help of DMA to help us sort out our old website and breathe new life into it._x000D_
A nine-month long project resulted in a beautiful website that really highlights the good work we do for our community and has already resulted in more donors and volunteering. People are able to sign up online instead of having to call in or come in to sign up and we get a lot of inquiries from our new website whereas the old one would scare people away.
